A Tip for a Handy and Tasty Snack from Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan)

Today’s tip comes from our Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai. “Want to try a delectable snack without much cooking and pot washing? Here it is: Peel and cut a good size potato into very thin strips, around 1/2 millimeter. Place them in a bowl, pour boiling water over it and cover for a few minutes. Strain out the water. Add some soya sauce or salt, a little sugar, a little lemon juice or vinegar, then a few drops of sesame oil. Mix well and enjoy. God loves you kids.”
