His Excellency Donald Trump sworn into office as President of the United States. At noon, on January 20, 2025, President Donald Trump, a Shining World Peace Leader Award laureate and Shining World Leadership Award for Compassion laureate, repeated the oath of office as part of His presidential inauguration. Traditionally held outdoors on the Capitol Building’s steps, Mr. Trump considerately moved the event to inside the Capitol Rotunda due to below zero temperatures in Washington, DC. A gathering of distinguished VIPs and dignitaries witnessed the swearing in.
