I would like to share tips from Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan) for making our busy schedules lighter:
“Lovely souls in angelic forms: You are doing well as usual, and catching up in school, I guess. We can only do our best anyway, so not to worry too much! Paying attention to details and reading for a long time could seem to make us sleepy! So, to return to wakefulness, I would step out of the related area; after a short break, I’d feel awakened, then continue to work again. You can also have a cool drink, a quicker, brief exercise instead for a break. I have to try these tips often, as my work load is very demanding. You are welcome to try these tips also. But please try to have enough rest. As it is important to balance work and relaxation schedule. Have fun learning, and make good use of your time and energy. God loves You, good kids!”
