Please Get in Habit of Saying Holy Names All Throughout Day, Not Just When Trouble Arises. This Will Improve Quality of Life and Spiritual Practice

Dear Master, A few days ago, I had a terrible dream about a snake that wrapped around my right arm. It wasn’t just a snake; its entire body was covered with thorns. As it wrapped around my arm tighter and tighter, it increased in size. I didn’t know what to do out of fear, as if no one could hear the cry of my soul. I didn’t know how to get rid of it. I couldn’t touch the snake; it was covered in thorns... “Lord, help me,” I said, and began to recite the Holy Names. And lo and behold, the snake became powerless and weak and let go of my hand... It’s unbelievable!!! I woke up in fear, my heart was beating hard, my whole body was pounding, and at the same time, I was happy that it turned out to be a dream and I was not in danger. But I’m very superstitious. I thought about what that meant, and realized that you can’t forget the Holy Names, even in your sleep. This dream is a reminder that we must always remember the Holy Names; this is our best protection.
