We served the food, and the kids were like, “Wow, this tastes really good. I didn’t know that plant-based food could taste this good.” And the spirit of love in the room was really good. The panelists that came, the speakers, the performers, everybody was there for a mission of health and wellness, and just getting rid of, at the time, diabetes, cancer, heart attack and stroke and all of that stuff in our communities. And we wanted the kids there to understand the foundations of a good, healthy lifestyle.
