Professor Tim Spector, a nutrition expert at King's College London, advises that we can start the day right by cutting out certain breakfast foods such as croissants, cereal, white toast, flavored yogurts, in addition to sugary drinks such as fruit juice, to decrease our daily intake of ultra-processed foods by greater than a third.
