Yes, It has, it’s just less power, Just a copy one but still powerful. It’s also powerful enough to uplift all beings and enlighten them. The souls in the Original Universe are pure. Original. Original, uncontaminated. But many of the so-called souls in the Shadow Universe are contaminated and of lesser quality. The "Tim Qo Tu" doesn't just mean "all worlds' beloved Lord," but also means "the Lord who loves all worlds."
