In today’s news, Korean rice donation helps feed thousands of refugees in Uganda, study says extreme flooding like that from Storm Boris in Central Europe to escalate as climate crisis worsens, research finds link between gut health issues and Parkinson’s disease Saudi Arabian nature reserve utilizes drones to achieve a 66% reduction in carbon emissions, Australian vegan snooker player wins English Open in thrilling final, Canadian vegan honey with similar taste and consistency to bee-created counterpart wins award, and baby saved by golden retriever-person from venomous snake’s bite in North Carolina, United States.

Being at a computer for my work, I regularly plan eye and body relaxation breaks. You can maximize your relaxation too with these three science-backed nature tips. Second, cloudy weather also offers a good reason to go outside- cloud-gazing can spark creativity and relaxation. Lastly, enhance your walks by adopting an “awareness plan.” This is where you imagine adopting a new persona- for example, be an artist searching for beauty, or a botanist looking for unique plants. According to research from the University of Michigan, following “awareness plans” during your outdoor strolls helps you see your environment more positively and enhance your experience.

“We don’t know! Tell us!”

“Well, because he had no body to take!”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Thérèse in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo
