In today’s news, Ukraine (Ureign) to receive funding from Estonia, new study of Southern Ocean reveals the impact of winter sea ice on carbon dioxide levels in Earth’s atmosphere, United Kingdom robots help detect leaks in water pipes without affecting roads, Japanese hospitals allow canine companions to accompany patients during stays, hearing-impaired artist from Saudi Arabia holds first solo exhibition, German food retailer introduces high-protein vegan pudding pots, and brave animal-people welfare officer in Michigan, United States, rescues fawn from backyard pool.

Today, I’d like to offer a useful tip if you’re experiencing hot weather. When the summer sun is scorching outside there are ways to keep your home cooler. Instead of using an oven and stovetop, utilize countertop appliances such as a microwave or air fryer or an outside grill. Clothes dryers also emit a lot of heat; therefore, hang-dry your clothes or run the dryer in the evenings when it’s cooler. Try handwashing your dishes or wait until it's cooler since the dishwasher produces heat. Same thing with the vacuum cleaner - it also generates heat so you can delay cleaning until it's cooler. Bigger standby electronics such as TVs, game consoles, and chargers all release heat; therefore, unplug them when they’re not in use. Lastly, swap incandescent lightbulbs out for LED ones since LED bulbs are more energy-efficient and will help keep your rooms cooler during a heat wave.

Let’s get ready for a delightful moment with the upcoming joke. It’s called “Race Mode: Activated.”

Sam, a cyclist, ran a red light and the police officer had to blow his whistle several times before he finally stopped.

“Didn’t you hear my whistle?”

“I did – however, I thought it was the race’s midway whistle, encouraging me to keep going!”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Amal in Egypt
