In our two-part series, we are privileged to share with you the story of a selfless vegetarian animal rescuer from the UK who is dedicated to saving animals from danger and finding them new homes. Alan Knight is the president and CEO of International Animal Rescue (IAR), a UK-based non-profit. "I think the biggest inspiration I've got is when we actually rescue an animal and see that animal go through the rescue phase and the rehabilitation phase, and finally the release phase. That's what keeps me going."
